Habitat Mammals and Insects

The following body of work Habitat has been produced and initially edited whilst in isolation (2019), providing an opportunity to pause and God willing, to resume photographing once again at the end of this current crisis.The following pictures explore the connection between ourselves and our natural environment. An opportunity through nature to explore its ability to enhance our emotional and physical well-being. Early indicators have shown that by engaging in both physical and mental activities in the production of these photos has helped to alleviate my own feelings of social isolation, anxiety, and depression.
