An island steeped in history and a warm Mediterranean climate greets you, a feeling that is only equaled by the people themselves, their warmth and generosity always evident whether acquaintance or friend. Turquoise sea\u2019s blend seamlessly into blue Mediterranean skies, as brightly coloured boats bob gently in sheltered coves, and towering sandstone walls lay witness to a people that were ruled over for generations.<\/p>\n

As temperatures sore the band plays on, a growing crescendo of familiar voices raised in shouts of jubilation as each celebrate in their own way, fireworks explode, and then as quickly as it appeared it has past and the tranquility of this tiny island resumes. The festa for one village at least is over for another year. Malta<\/p>\n
